Husband Cohabitating
We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He said he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to offer our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
